Our Research Partner and Managing Director led an extensive search process targeting the very best current and emerging leaders in the agribusiness and food manufacturing industry in the UK and internationally. This search engaged with candidates across 3 continents to filter down to a shortlist of 6 recommended candidates. The selection panel agreed to meet all 8 candidates (3 from overseas).
The Result:
After this extensive global search and selection process which included an interview with Sir James Dyson, the Dyson Farming Board appointed a hugely experienced fresh food Managing Director with the cultural alignment and agribusiness experience to deliver the Dyson Farming objectives.

Eden moved quickly to identify, screen, assess and validate a longlist of fifty candidates with the relevant experience and, importantly a passion for the impact of technology and desire to stimulate UK agricultural productivity.
Despite the challenges of the ‘Covid Lockdown’ during the search, Eden delivered a detailed shortlist of six highly qualified candidates for the project with all candidates invited for video interview.
