Dyson Farming engaged Eden to search for a successful and inspirational Managing Director with outstanding commercial acumen and the experience to lead this multi-faceted business into a new phase of growth. Working with a selection panel of the HRD and CEO of Weybourne Ltd. Eden led individual consultations to learn more about the business, culture and strategic growth objectives of the business and enjoyed healthy debate as we collectively shaped the candidate brief to fit the needs of the business.
Dyson Farming engaged Eden to search for a successful and inspirational Managing Director with outstanding commercial acumen and the experience to lead this multi-faceted business into a new phase of growth. The Result:

After this extensive global search and selection process which included an interview with Sir James Dyson, the Dyson Farming Board appointed a hugely experienced fresh food Managing Director with the cultural alignment and agribusiness experience to deliver the Dyson Farming objectives.

NIAB chose to work with Eden Search on the newly created role of Chief Financial Officer which would work with a pro-active Board of Trustee Directors and a dynamic executive team, to continue this growth through a sustained programme of investment in people, facilities, partnerships, acquisitions and mergers. Eden understood the headwinds of change affecting research and agribusiness supply chains across Northern Europe, but more importantly would take the time to really understand NIAB and its complex and passionate stakeholders. We embarked on an extensive consultation process, including NIAB’s Board, its Chairman, and the NIAB Executive team, to refine and define the skills, experiences and characteristics for the appointment focusing on the particular blend of commercial experience, and classical regulatory knowledge required for the CFO appointment.
